L2J Contracting and Supplies Company is also managed by LR2D Electrical Consultancy’s Group of Companies. L2J CSC was formed and established due to the increasing demand of the market that will deal with the actual construction and implementation of projects in which some of it are given and awarded to LR2D Electrical Consultancy.
Since the license and scope of works that had been approved for LR2D Electrical Consultancy is Design, Consultancy, and Project Management, they are not permitted to do the implementation works that is why L2J Contracting and Supplies Company was formed.
L2J CSC will implement high-quality commercial, residential, industrial, infrastructures, and offices projects in construction where reliability, quality service, and honesty is the key requirement of our clients. Health Safety Quality and Environmental requirements is also been
high on the agenda of the Management of L2J CSC.

His main objective in his profession is to obtain and provide the most challenging position for supervision, implementation of electrical construction, repair, replacement renovation, and maintenance of the electrical system and to provide and contribute to positive results and applications.
He is nineteen (19) years of professional development in electrical engineering that is applied in various environments and industries. He is experienced in handling electrical project sites installations such as commercial, residential buildings, and others. He is also highly effective in handling electrical installation and maintenance of building facilities.
His recent work, experienced and a professional electrical engineer who has strategically brought the disciplines and practice of continuous improvement through a high standard of project implementation execution and delivery. His passion and dedication to his profession allowed him to obtain his ranks and successfully those assume various leadership roles in the areas of construction, maintenance, and project consultation.
He received an employee service excellent award in the professional improvement category 2017, He is also chosen as achievers awards in the field of engineering industries during Calookan high school grandest alumni homecoming held last December 2017.
Batch 91 alumni association chairperson on the urban garden project and Brigada Eskwela 2017.
He is elected IIEE chapter president IIEE Metro Manila Central Chapter (Quezon City)
for the years 2019 and 2020. He obtains a senior member of IIEE for the year 2018.
He worked in a design and consulting firm that he managed to handle one of the towers in Rockwell center and exposed himself to the field of electrical design of medium and high-rise buildings. He also conducted site inspections to avoid discrepancies that may occur and coordinate with other consultants to avoid conflict in the design.
His second exposure is marketing of electrical products and equipment. as sales engineer, he was tasked to promote his products to electrical designers and electrical contractors and sell to end users. He handled products like CCTV system, fire protection system, and other auxiliary system.
For almost 15 years of experience in the operation and maintenance industry, He handled big companies like Asian Development Bank and Cultural Center of the Philippines. Also, he was employed as electrician at St. Lukes Medical Center that was assigned in the preventive maintenance of electrical panelboard.
After he passedthe professional electrical engineering licensure examinations in 2018, he specialized in the power system study of various buildings in Makati. He supervised the company's on-going projects and make sure that there were no conflicts or problems in the implementation stage. He also inclined in the electrical estimates and make sure that clients are satisfied with our cost and implement value engineering to our projects.
He graduated on April 1995 with Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Mariano Marcos State University, Batac, Ilocos Norte.
